When Should You Call on TAP?

 

It’s often difficult to know when to call in outside services to support your organization. Certainly, most of your activities can be handled by your existing staff. But, there are situations when you should call on TAP Resources – for example:

  1. There are gaps in your organization’s knowledge or experience that are preventing you from achieving some key goals.
  2. You have a large conference or event to organize and the work involved is distracting your staff from their core work.
  3. You have a clear vision of an initiative you want to launch, but you’re unsure how to finance it or manage the implementation.
  4. You have a project or program in place that is not meeting its objectives, but you need an impartial group to evaluate why – and how to fix it.
  5. You have a short term project with limited timeframe and your existing staff is at capacity.
  6. A new initiative requires a planning committee and you prefer to use a impartial third party.
