Products & Services

TAP has developed and markets a range of services backed by its specific experience and its professional skills network.

Event & Conference Management & Support

TAP provides a full suite of development, marketing, recruitment and management for these important gatherings.  To most organizations meeting and conferences represent an important opportunity to network and inform – but they lack the permanent resources to manage the process.  That’s where TAP comes in with its powerful network of resources and vast experience planning and coordinating the event.

Although events, meetings and conferences have been around forever it seems, it is only in the last 30 years or so that they have become prolific with new ones being added every year. People today are generally more involved, informed, competitive and enquiring. They want an activity in which they can participate and walk away with a positive feeling based on that participation. They want that experience to be interesting, memorable and unique to their particular psychographic (reflecting the activities, interests and opinions of specific populations) tastes.

Events, meetings and conferences are now a conglomeration of a variety of activities., Part business networking, part education and part entertainment, the growth in events, meetings and conferences will continue as people come to expect more and more from their experiences. TAP focuses on leveraging the trends that are merging in the event and related marketing fields as follows.  In many ways, the general trends discussed above are also present in the Aboriginal market.  This unique market however has certain unique characteristics which TAP, intends to service.

Program Development & Evaluation

Tuesday Johnson-MacDonald, who from the Mohawk Nation, Wolf Clan of the Six Nations of the Grand River, has extensive program planning, implementation and development experience.  Tuesday has over 15 years experience in coordinating, facilitating and consulting in First Nation communities.  With this wealth of interviewing, program analysis, strategic planning policy development and research skills she is an ideal lead in project coordination and facilitation.

With over fifteen years of experience in this area, Tap intends to leverage its network of skilled contacts and Johnson-MacDonald’s project leadership skills primarily in the Aboriginal and government communities across Canada, as well as pursue non-Aboriginal contacts to respond to some of the issues above.

Aboriginal Community Consultation & Market Research

Increasingly public organizations, corporations and interest groups are realizing the strength and uniqueness of the aboriginal community.  Many want to approach the community with their products, services and approaches but know little about the people, their culture, their tastes, their communications and overall social and economic infrastructure.  TAP will assist these operations with community surveys, market research, interviewing, focus groups, community strategy reports and other approaches and services to better understand the community they need to focus on.

Project Coordination

At the core of TAP’s services is Project Coordination.  The provision of skilled professional resources to complete specific projects is a critical supply element for most organizations and this is where TAP excels.

A highly tuned network of professionals in research, planning, strategy, communications and technology ensure that when you need to outsource a project – TAP is the company that will give you a level of comfort through its high levels of performance.
